Recorded in Montréal, Québec by Duncan Moore (Headband), Max Eilbacher (Horse Lords) and Alex Moskos (Drainolith, Dan L. Boone), SEF III presents “Selling SEF III”, a science fiction narrative told through sound on LP, CD and Cassette. “Selling SEF III” was conceived and composed in a barn in rural Virginia in June, 2016. It tells the story of the unlikely protagonist Phil and his nemesis SEF III, the computing-being. They play a cat and mouse game across continents, states of consciousness and fields of sound. This is the second record by Eilbacher, Moskos & Moore on Ehse Records and the first to present a fully formed narrative under the official moniker “SEF III”.
